Freeview recommends that you have a good quality roof aerial to best receive their services. An aerial that’s pointing in the right direction, towards a transmitter.
That’s where we come in. CTR can fit an Ultra High Frequency (UHF) aerial. This will provide a much better solution than an indoor loft or portable aerial.
It’s true to say that you can watch many channels digitally on-demand. Channels such as BBC iPlayer, ITVX, All 4 and My5. However, if you want to watch live TV using the TV Guide, you will need a good quality aerial.
And for that, you need a good quality TV aerial fitter.

WHAT CHANNELS ARE AVAILABLE ON FREEVIEW?
It does depend on your area as to the availability of the Freeview channels. However, if you have a good signal strength, you can get over 130 channels.
These include: 70+ entertainment channels, 10 children’s channels, 6 news channels and more than 30 radio channels. Plus you can get channels 1-5, BBC3 and BBC4 in HD.

First you’ll need one of their 4K TV boxes. You can choose from a recordable version or non-recordable one.
As the name suggests, the recordable option allows you to record unmissable programmes and pause live TV. Just like you can with Sky.
In addition to that, you just need a satellite dish.
If you have a Sky dish but no longer want Sky TV, you can use that dish. If not we will happily install a satellite dish for you.
If you want to watch TV on demand, you will also require a broadband connection.
